What makes my coaching different?
This isn’t a generic meal plan where you get told what to eat and how to count your macros. I am not one of those coaches who has no understanding of different lifestyles and has no empathy for personal situations. I teach you how to understand your body, the foods you put in it without tracking anything (unless you want to).
Every client is different and your programme may change weekly depending on your lifestyle and events.
This really is a bespoke 1:1 personalised coaching programme where we work together to find the best solution to achieve your goals.

Our approach to nutrition is tailored to your life. We work together to help you come up with plans that are manageable, realistic and sustainable.
We will teach you how to get to your goals through nutrition but then also how to maintain your progress without having to restrict any food groups from your diet.
You won't be going on a “DIET” you already have one, we just make sure that we optimise the foods to achieve your goals.
I promise that you won't have to eat anything that you do not like, nor will you have to stop eating or drinking anything that you do, in fact we will be encouraging you to eat them on a daily basis to learn that you can still make progress.
Training
Setting goals is one thing, but it's a whole different ball game when you find yourself in a place where you actually enjoy exercising.
For me, the perfect training programme is taking part in something that you love. Initially we focus on your nutrition and lifestyle, then and only then, when you are ready we can incorporate a training plan that you feel comfortable with.
Of course, if you are already loving a particular form of exercise then we will make sure that this is include in your plan.
Mindset
I can’t emphasise enough how powerful a tool a mindset is, especially if you want to be successful in your health journey. It isn't just about thinking positively and visualising what you want to happen - although I will be teaching you how to do that.
This is more about becoming aware of how your own mind works so that you can get yourself in the right frame of mind when times get hard. It's about understanding how to dig deep and focus on momentum rather than motivation to get you through.
Support
Support is an integral part of this service. Anytime you need that support, a difficult conversation, a nudge in the right direction for progress, I’m here for you. Accountability is essential to this process and having someone who can point out the areas in your life that need a little bit of extra attention is crucial.
The weekly in depth check in, access to a daily support group and zoom catch up calls will ensure that you are supported throughout your journey.
Education
Education is something that I definitely take seriously. Anybody can follow a cookie cutter plan for a few weeks. If you’re looking to make lasting change, you’re going to want to get some education.
Knowledge is power, and all that jazz! For all at NKD, education isn’t just about the “what”, but also the “why” and the “how”. We make sure to take the time with each and everyone of our clients to teach you everything you need to continue to live a healthy and happy lifestyle even after we finish working together.
